  • Stand Up Paddleboard/Kayak/Bike/Lily Pad We have 4 Stand up paddle boards, 5 Kayaks,1 Canoe, 5 bikes, and 2 lily pad swim mats available as well as many life jackets. These are shared items between the three cabins. Each cabin also has a complete set of Baggo boards, and an outdoor "Ring and Hook" skill game.

  • Cancellation policy:

    The cancellation policies listed below are for bookings made directly with us. If you book with another platform such as VRBO, Airbnb, Expedia, or Trip Advisor your reservation will be subject to their fees, rates, and cancellation policy.

    Cancellations made more than 28 days prior to arrival receive full refund minus $200 rebooking fee, or you may choose another reservation date at no charge.

    Cancellations made less than 28 days prior to arrival will forfeit deposit, and will be charged $200 rebooking fee, and do not qualify for transfer or date change.

    Cancellations made less than 7 days prior to arrival will be charged full amount of stay to credit card on file.

    No refunds will be given for cancellations or no shows due to unfavorable weather. No refunds for early departure. A minimum charge of $200 for damages to property, credit card must be on file for booking of reservation, or upon check in if you made your reservation on a 3rd party website.
